“Stuart’s played a major part in all aspects of the Tesco Bank General Insurance induction programme. He was part of the ‘pitch’ team that won the work; he developed a significant element of the content and then was one of four key team members who co-delivered a train-the-trainer programme for 80 Huntswood trainers enabling them to run the induction workshops. Throughout the six-week roll out period, Stuart has been on hand as a subject matter expert, providing support and guidance to the Huntswood training teams in Glasgow and Newcastle as they roll out the induction programme to Tesco Bank Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Team Leaders.
