“Stuart’s played a major part in all aspects of the Tesco Bank General Insurance induction programme. He was part of the ‘pitch’ team that won the work; he developed a significant element of the content and then was one of four key team members who co-delivered a train-the-trainer programme for 80 Huntswood trainers enabling them to run the induction workshops. Throughout the six-week roll out period, Stuart has been on hand as a subject matter expert, providing support and guidance to the Huntswood training teams in Glasgow and Newcastle as they roll out the induction programme to Tesco Bank Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Team Leaders. During this time he also found time to write and deliver a Complaints Handling Workshop for key members of the Tesco Bank team. Immediately prior to the centres opening for business in October 2010, Stuart is providing coaching, guidance and advice to CSRs and Team Leaders in Model Office. All material developed by Stuart has been tailored to meet the needs of a company that is driven by values and which wants to be seen as ‘different’ from other high street banks. Stuart is a great person to work with; he understands what clients need and then gets on with delivering a high quality solution. He sees opportunities not problems and as a result is highly regarded by both Huntswood and Tesco Bank.
